Self Destructors

Self Destructors are a type of pirate ship in The Space Game, that attack the player's base. They are shown clearly by their rocket-like appearance and their orange color. When these ships target structures, they hover around and turn red, priming their explosives. Their explosion causes splash damage to all nearby structures. A few of these could easily rip a hole in a player's defenses, so they are dangerous enemies. As such they should be countered before they get the chance to explode themselves. When fighting these ships, it is recommended to have at least one repair station in range of the targeted buildings.
