Mining modes

Mining modes are a game type in The Space Game that require the player to mine a set amount of minerals. There is no time limit, but with each passing minute, more and stronger waves of pirates would attack to attempt and destroy the base. As such, it is preferable that one completes the quota of minerals as soon as possible. There are 4 mining modes, each with a different quota:

• Easy - 15,000 Minerals
• Normal - 30,000 Minerals
• Hard - 40,000 Minerals
• Madness - 40,000 Minerals, but faster pirate waves.

The difficulty gap between Madness and Hard is large. A high score is kept for each of these modes.
