Cutter

Cutter is one the gaming characters in the games Minions and Minions on Ice. As with all Minions, the Cutter in Minions is different to the one in Minions on Ice in some key aspects. In both games however it is the only melee only robot. The ability to freeze enemies in its proximity is also a key characteristic in both games.
Minions
In Minions, the cutter has three very strong abilities, but since it is melee-only, it has short range. Although starting at a disadvantage due to its lack of range, by the end of the game its abilities make it one of the most powerful Minions in the game. Although Cutter, crippled by its range, will be relatively low leveled throughout the game, it makes up for this with its high armour, fast-acting area stun, and its Nitro ability, which gives Cutter a brief but extreme speed boost, allowing it to escape or attack. If a player is unable to stun and/or glue a high level enemy cutter, it will be nearly impossible to kill. Some people claim that cutter is overpowered in minions.
Cutter can only be chosen in Minions if the player has bought a Minions Bonus Pack. However, it can be played by those without a bonus pack if it is assigned by chance in random and mirror modes. The stats are as follows:

Special abilities
Nitro is Cutter's first ability. It increases Cutter's speed by a lot for a very short amount of time.

EMP is Cutter's second ability. EMP stuns all nearby enemies that are within a circular range. EMP most likely stands for electromagnetic pulse.

Energy Sap is Cutter's third ability. It passively turns a percent of damage done into health. Also, it increases damage. Late game this can be very useful.

Minions on Ice
In Minions on Ice Cutter is the very latest Minion to be unlocked at 80,000 Exp and has EMP as its fixed skill. The Cutter relies on melee fighting, but it is difficult to preform in Minions on Ice, where everything is slippery. In Sumo mode, it has to use its punch and stun ability to push people of the map. Since the last hit determines the kill, even when giving the decesive push, someone else might still claim the kill by hitting once. In the Racing mode, it can use EMP to freeze all players together, which is quite useful.
