Buggle Stars is a Single-Player game on the Casual Collective. A player is in control of a single grey buggle, and the aim is to collect stars one by one as fast as possible, in order to gain the highest possible score. The game was created by Critters.

Gameplay
In Buggle Stars there are 15 levels. By finishing these, 4 minigames can be unlocked. Every level contains a map the player moves and jumps through, using the arrow keys. In this map a star spawns. Once collected by moving over it, a new star will spawn at a different position. Collecting these stars as fast as possible is the goal of the game. Every level is contained within a locked region. Some levels however are dynamic [have moving elements], whereas others are static [no moving elements]. However, the basic gameplay remains the same: collecting the stars as quickly as possible to obtain a score high enough to pass that level. Points are given upon completion of a level, depending on the speed it took to complete it. All level scores are combined to form a total score that gets added to the highscores.
Controls
Buggle Stars incorporates relatively simple controls, that are consistent throughout the game:
- Up Arrow Key = Jump.
- Left Arrow Key = Move Buggle Left.
- Right Arrow Key = Move Buggle Right.
- Down Arrow Key = Squash Buggle [in preparation for a Super Jump].
- Up Arrow Key [After Squashing Buggle] = SuperJump.

Prior to 30th March 2009, The 1st place spot was held by Hawkaris, with a total score of 50343. Hawkaris acknowledged that this result was obtained through a glitch in the game, [which has since been fixed], and has since been removed from the highscores list.
